Nifty View:
Yesterday's market was exactly what we had discussed hence we could make a good profit even in the volatile market.
Global cues are slightly positive so today too we can expect sector-specific actions. BSE came out with a clarification on add-on surveillance measures, we can watch for mid-cap and small-cap to how they are responding today.
Same as yesterday important support is placed at 16,140-16,180 and watch for Nifty to break 16,350 and give a good close above. Only a momentum above 16,350 could support Nifty to the bull side.
Both FIIs and DIIs were net buyers yesterday, OI analysis is supporting the bull side so we could expect a positive bias.
PSU Banks can be focused today as they already undergone severe selling pressure.
